KT is on a life-long learning adventure to help catalyse and showcase the ways we can enjoy living better together on Earth, into the long future.

A New Zealand-Australian hybrid, KT is currently based in Melbourne where she works with change agents to support their implementation of sustainability programs in organisations. Over the last 8 years she has worked with government agencies, local governments, community organisations, indigenous groups, young people and low income renters around sustainability, particularly focused on organisational behaviour change, energy efficiency, renewable energy production, freshwater quality, environmental reporting, and green procurement. In 2009/10 she studied her Masters in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability in Sweden, writing a thesis on community renewable energy. KT is also a graduate of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellowship Program.

Alongside a grounding in environmental science, KT has a passion for social justice, local economies, collaborative consumption, social entrepreneurship, facilitation and dynamic group processes, and has been involved in organising and facilitating learning and public engagement events in New Zealand, Australia and Sweden over the last ten years.

KT loves great dinner parties, farmers markets, dancing, green jobs, wind turbines, beaches, bodysurfing and sustainable local solutions. She also loves being outside exploring the seasons, which you can see reflected in occasional photos on her blog.
